The Chair of Intellectual Property at Stellenbosch University has responded to Government's invitation for commentary on the Draft National Policy on Intellectual Property, published in the Government Gazette on 4 September 2013. The CIP's comprehensive commentary consists of five sections drafted by the Incumbent and the Fellows of the Chair of Intellectual Property Law at Stellenbosch University.
