It is hereby notified that the President has assented to the following Act, which is hereby published for general information:
By virtue of the powers vested in me by section 17 of the Intellectual Property Rights from Publicly Financed Research and Development Act, 2008 (Act No. 51 of 2008). I, Grace Naledi Mandisa Pandor, hereby make the Regulations set out in the Schedule hereto: Regulations made in terms of Section 17 of the Intellectual Property Rights from Publicly Financed Research and Development Act, 2008 (Act No. 51 of 2008).
