Technology Transfer Officer
Camille started her career as a Process Engineer in the water industry before joining Innovus as a Technology Transfer Officer after completing a PGDip in Intellectual Property (IP) Law with the Anton Mostert Chair of Intellectual Property at Stellenbosch University. She has a keen interest in new and innovative technologies and likes to take a holistic approach when formulating a strategy on how to take these technologies to market. Her role at Innovus entails managing a portfolio of innovative technologies and projects by implementing various IP protection strategies and commercialisation thereof through licensing agreements with industry or the formation of spin-out companies. Camille is also passionate about supporting the entrepreneurial culture on campus.
Camille has a BEng in Chemical Engineering from Stellenbosch University in addition to an MPhil degree in Advanced Chemical Engineering from Cambridge University.
