Launch Events

Innovus hosts a series of Launch Events for Innovation Mavericks throughout the year. The events include presentations by high profile speakers from a variety of industries, as well as the opportunity to network with the speakers after the presentations.

Past speakers include Dr Jakob van Zyl (Associate director of Project Formulation and Strategy at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory), Johanna Koller (Google Industry Manager for South Africa), Anton de Wet (Obsidian and Telementa founder) and Ashley Uys (Managing Director of Real World Diagnostics).

The series of Launch Events also includes an annual Entrepreneurs Evening which focuses on business ideas and how to get your brain out of the box when it comes to pitching ideas and formulating your mission and vision.
