Leonora’s passion is driving force at Unistel
Leonora Theart is the newly appointed CEO of Unistel Medical Laboratories, dedicated human and animal genetics testing centre founded in 1999 and an Innovus spinout company.
Leonora’s role in Unistel is to design and implement business strategies for the adequate, sustainable progress of the company - in this way, ensuring that shareholder value is increased. She is also looking after the company’s employees and constantly motivating them for maximum performance and dedication.
Leonora says the best entrepreneurial quality that she brings to her team is her passion for genetics and determination to make the company successful.
“To feel that I have a purpose is my motivation for life. So, if I had, for instance, all the power in the world to fix one problem, it will be to stop cruelty to animals.”
She believes every entrepreneur should have three important qualities: passion for what you are doing, trust in and respect for the team, and determination.
