SUNCOM

SUNCOM had found its origin in the desire of the University of Stellenbosch to reduce operational costs. Financially sustainable Service Divisions were subsequently commercialised under the management of SUNCOM. We are one of a few business division at the University of Stellenbosch. All divisions of SUNCOM are totally independent and receive no financial support from the University.

We consist of the following Operational Divisions:

• Residence Services
• Letting Office
• Copier Services
• The Matie Shop
• Botanical Gardens
• Campus Coffee Shops

We strive to deliver a comprehensive, supporting service of excellence in a cost-effective way to Stellenbosch University, its students and staff, as well as the public and other organisations.
