CECO in full operation

The newly established Central Events and Conferencing Office (CECO) is in full operation and has been since we had come out of hard lockdown in 2020. This unit manages all short-term rentals for events and conferences on campus and is a central point of contact from now on to hire SU facilities. Read More.

SU to issue its first short course e-certificates

SU spinout company ensures school receives first ever energy efficient certificate in SA

Stellenbosch University (SU) spinout company GreenX Engineering’s initiatives to help equip Cloetesville Primary School in Stellenbosch with energy-saving technology ensured that it became the first school in South Africa to receive an Electrical Performance Certificate (EPC). The school received an A rating for electrical consumption of 17 kWh per m². Read More.
