Charndré joined Innovus in December 2020 as a Reception and Short Courses Assistant, following the relocation of the Copyright, Trademarks, and Short Courses Division to its new premises in early 2021. Prior to joining the Innovation and Commercialisation Division, Charndré worked as an administrator, personal assistant, and did data capturing at a local municipality. She has also held positions as an administrative officer at Stellenbosch University's (SU) Faculty of Education and as a personal assistant to the South African Research Chairs Initiative in the Department of Mathematical Sciences at Stellenbosch University.
In her current role at Innovus, Charndré is responsible for performing core functions related to general office administration, reception, and digital overprinting. She is also responsible for SU’s short course certification aspects, a function which is housed within the Innovation and Commercialisation Division.
