Samantha (Sam) is a versatile professional with a background in marketing and a specialisation in research and development (R&D) in packaging innovation in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. In April 2024, she started a new chapter in her professional career by taking up a position at Stellenbosch University as the Receptionist and Office Administrator in the Copyright; Trade Marks and Short Courses Office within the Innovation and Commercialisation Division.

Outside of her professional life, she is a passionate reader who finds peace and inspiration in reading.  She cherishes the time she spends with her husband and daughter and family ties bring her joy and fulfilment in life.
